Luminaries
"Luminaries", our bi-monthly e-science magazine is titled in honour of the book "The Demon- Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark" by Carl Sagan, which served as our source of inspiration. The word itself refers to a source of light or a person who inspires or influences others. Likewise, 'Luminaries' makes an effort to enlighten society with scientific reality while promoting scientific thinking and exploration.

The magazine, which began operations in October 2021, is aimed at a general audience and includes articles on current research, scientific discoveries, Indian scientists and interviews with science groups/organizations along with the regular columns.

The magazine embodies our ideologies and politics. Everyone with a passion for science is welcome to contribute and be a part of our effort to inspire critical thinking and curiosity among our valued readers.
