Our Activities

The need to propagate scientific temper in the society is evident now more than ever. Poetry of reality is an initiative from a group of science students to the cause. As science students we realize that it is our duty and responsibility. Our journey had a humble beginning in the form of the blog "Poetry of Reality". It is the necessity of the time that scientific temper should become engraved into public consciousness.

Perception 2.0-Quiz

On December 4, 2023, Poetry of Reality had the fortunate opportunity to work with Maharaja's College Ernakulam to host an intercollegiate quiz competition "Perception 2.0". The Poetry or Reality members, led by our conveners Sreehari A, Siddharth J S, Ramis M.R, and Chinnumol Sebastian, effectively conducted the quiz. Assumption College Autonomous Changanacherry's Jain Mary John and Ann Mary Scaria are the winners, and the college's Dona Maria and Rhea Reji took home the runner-up award.

ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 20, ദേശീയ ശാസ്ത്രവബോധദിനത്തിൽ Poetry of Reality യുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ അല്പം പാട്ടും ഇന്നത്തെ സാഹചര്യത്തിലെ ശാസ്ത്രത്തെയും ശാസ്ത്രപ്രചാരണത്തെയും കുറിച്ച് ചർച്ചയുമൊക്കെയായി 'Sunset Sonata' എന്ന പേരിൽ ഒരു കൂടിയിരിപ്പ് നടത്തി.

Origins-Evolution Fest

Unfold and untold!

Evolutionary Theory pioneered by Charles Darwin was a vital step in understanding the origins of life forms on earth. Poetry of reality Introduces "ORIGIN" , a fest completely dedicated to spread the importance of Evolutionary theory among the general public.

This fest will be conducted completely through online platforms. We've thought of some interesting programs for this. Including a quiz competition, a presentation competition and a talk on evolution.
