Our Activities

The need to propagate scientific temper in the society is evident now more than ever. Poetry of reality is an initiative from a group of science students to the cause. As science students we realize that it is our duty and responsibility. Our journey had a humble beginning in the form of the blog "Poetry of Reality". It is the necessity of the time that scientific temper should become engraved into public consciousness.

Stop The Spread-Campaign

In order to deal with the wide spread misunderstanding and hoaxes during the Covid-19 pandemic, "Stop the spread" campaign was launched under the leadership of public health worker Ms. Neena Chithra Kailas. The awareness campaign focused on the history of epidemics, Covid - 19 pandemic, various precautions to be taken as well as the common hoaxes that general public have come across.

Talk Series

A weekly talk series was conducted in Resonance on various topics with Revathy G Pai, Akhila D, Rahul s and Unnikrishnan K H leading the talk and facilitating the discussion.

Resonance-Science Discussion Platform

In order to provide a platform for discussing deeper understanding of scientific concepts, offer new perspectives on ongoing research and foster a sense of community among those interested in science, a whatsapp group called "Resonance" was launched on 26 June, 2019. The group has around 200 members, from students and enthusiasts to professionals and educators.
